These orthotic insoles are full-length arch support insoles for long days on your feet: a day on the bush track, a shift on a concrete floor, the walk with the dog at both ends of the day. A rigid arch shell and a deep heel cup hold your foot in shape, while gel pads cushion the heel and the ball of the foot, the two spots that take the hit with every step.
A knitted mesh top sits over a cushioning foam body. Underneath, a moulded arch shell runs from the heel cup forward under the arch, with vent slots along its side, and dotted gel pads sit beneath the heel and the forefoot. Each insole is marked left or right and has trim lines at the toe, so you can cut it to the exact length of your boot or shoe.
Take out the flat insoles your work boots, hiking boots or runners came with and fit these in their place for firm support where your foot needs holding and soft cushioning where it lands. They suit flat feet and anyone who spends the day standing or walking. Firm arch support can feel unusual at first, so build up over a few days of shorter wear.
