You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
The item is returned in its original condition
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags are included
The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or modification after delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
Some products are excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons, as outlined below.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:
Bush Range will cover all reasonable return shipping costs
We will provide return instructions once the issue is reviewed
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos where applicable.
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or because you selected the wrong size or colour:
The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item. Return shipping costs typically range between $20 and $40 per parcel, depending on the size and weight of the package and the shipping carrier used.
Step 1 – Contact Bush Range
Email info@bushrange.com and include your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2 – Receive Instructions
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 business hours.
Step 3 – Prepare the Package
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
Step 4 – Ship the Return
For change-of-mind returns, ship the package using a carrier of your choice to the return address provided.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Bush Range is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Bush Range does not charge restocking or handling fees on returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified by email whether the return is approved or rejected
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
For exchanges due to a change of mind:
The original item must be returned and approved first
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Once approved, the replacement item will be dispatched
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Undergarments and thermal base layers
Socks or other hygiene-sensitive products
Items clearly marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
Gift cards
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund regardless of this policy.
