Pulls Up Into a Seat.

The fishing spot on the rocks, the queue at the gate, the sideline at junior footy, the end of the boat ramp while someone else backs the trailer in. Every one of them is an hour of standing because a chair is too much to carry.

Folding stools are lighter, but they are still a long awkward shape with legs that catch on everything. This one is different: it collapses into a round, flat disc with a strap, and pulls back up into a seat when you need it.

Here's How It Works

The body is a stack of interlocking PP rings that nest inside each other. Pull the seat up and the rings extend one by one and lock into place, building a solid tapered column with a wide round foot. To pack it, release the sections and the column telescopes back down into the base.

Up, it stands 44.5 cm tall with a 25 cm seat, about the height of a kitchen chair. The wide base spreads the load over grass, sand and gravel instead of sinking in on four narrow legs.

Down, it is a disc you can carry by the strap, hang off a pack, or drop into the boot between the esky and the tackle box. Nothing folds, nothing pinches, and there is no fabric to go mouldy.

The seat top has a textured surface, and the PP shell wipes clean, so salt spray, mud and fish scales come off with a rinse.

The Gear It Replaces

An upturned bucket — low, wobbly and full of bait

Standing in the queue — for the whole hour

A folding X-leg stool — long, awkward and catches on everything

Sitting on the esky — until someone wants a drink

What's In It

Telescopic PP rings — lock into a solid column when pulled up

Collapses into a disc — flat and round for packing

Carry strap — carry it by hand or clip it to a bag

Wide round base — steady on sand, grass and gravel

No tools — pull up to sit, push down to pack

Wipe-clean finish — rinse off sand, salt and mud

Specifications

Product type: Collapsible telescopic stool

Material: PP (polypropylene)

Size extended: 25 x 44.5 cm

Carry: Round case shape with carry strap

Set-up: Tool-free, pull to extend

Colour: Black

Intended use: Fishing, camping, festivals, sports sidelines, queues and travel

Intended user: Adults

Pull it up.
